Position Overview

We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of language development technology. This position works directly with the C-Level and will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving our tech stack while preparing for our next phase of LLM AI-driven innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle.
• Oversee the implementation of voice and AI technologies to enhance our platform’s capabilities.
• Drive scalability and automation improvements for seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, and other team members to align technical solutions with user needs.
• Maintain a high standard of code quality and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in software development or product management.
• Experience with LLMs and their integration into production systems
• Proficiency in Python and React native and familiarity with other relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#).
• Experience with cloud platforms like MS Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• A commitment to social impact and improving outcomes for underserved populations.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a startup environment.

Preferred

• Strong knowledge of AI and voice technology applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure WebApps and DevOps practices.
• Background in developing Unity3D applications for Android or iOS.
